Dominika Koder · Private Coaching

The money worked out.
The life didn't follow.

Private coaching for people who built everything — and can't feel any of it. Sometimes it's the marriage. Sometimes it's everything.

Where you are

From the outside, you did everything right. The career worked. The houses, the schools, the holidays — all of it arrived, more or less on schedule. If you told anyone you were unhappy, they'd laugh at you. So you don't tell anyone.

But you know what your evenings actually feel like.

For some of you, it's the marriage. The conversations that stopped happening somewhere along the way. The logistics that replaced intimacy. Two competent adults running an impressive life together, and somewhere inside it, a marriage neither of you can quite find anymore.

For others, it's stranger — and harder to say out loud, because nothing is technically wrong. You hit the numbers. You walk through the beautiful rooms you paid for. And you feel almost nothing. The wanting that built all of this went quiet somewhere along the way, and nobody warned you that arriving could feel like this.

Often it's both, and one is hiding behind the other.

You're not sure what you want. Maybe the marriage can be rebuilt — maybe it can't. Maybe the marriage isn't even the real question. Maybe the question is you, and what your own life turned into while you were busy succeeding at it. You haven't decided anything, and that's exactly the problem: you've been not-deciding for years, and it's costing you more than any decision would.

What you don't have is a single person you can be completely honest with. Your friends are in your social circle. Your family has opinions. A therapist feels like an admission you're not ready to make. What you need is someone outside all of it — someone discreet, direct, and unimpressed enough by your life to tell you the truth about it.

That's the work I do.

This is not for everyone

If you want to be comfortable, I'm the wrong person.

This isn't for people looking to be validated, or for someone to agree that it's all their partner's fault.

It isn't marriage mediation, and it isn't therapy — and here I'll be precise, because it matters: sometimes what looks like numbness is something clinical. Depression doesn't announce itself, least of all in high-functioning people. If what I see in our work needs clinical support, I'll tell you plainly. I'm one of the few coaches trained well enough to make that call.

I don't do vague insight work that leaves you with better self-awareness and the same life. I don't soften what I see to keep a session pleasant. And I won't pretend the answer is obvious when it isn't — sometimes the marriage can be rebuilt, sometimes it can't, and sometimes what's actually broken is something else entirely. My job is not to steer you toward staying or leaving. My job is to get you to the truth of your own situation, and then stay with you while you act on it.

I work with one of you, or with both. Some clients come alone, because they need to understand their own position before anything else. Some couples do the work together. Both are real paths — the conversation decides which one is yours.

If you want someone who will tell you what's actually in front of you, and refuse to let you spend another year circling it — we should talk.

The work

Twelve weeks.
One outcome: you stop circling.

This is a private, intensive coaching container built around one thing — you finishing it knowing where you stand, what you want, and what you're going to do about it, with the structure to actually follow through.

01

We get to the truth of where you are

Not the version you tell at dinner parties, and not the version you tell yourself at 2 a.m. either. What's actually happening — in the marriage, in you, in the space between the life you built and the one you're living — and what got buried under years of running an impressive life.

02

We find out what you actually want

Not what you should want. Not what would look right. What you, specifically, want your life and your marriage to be — examined honestly, including the possibilities you haven't let yourself say out loud.

03

We act — and I stay with you while you do

The conversations you've been avoiding. The changes that have to happen at home, or in yourself, or both. When you want to retreat into logistics and let another year pass, I'm there. Between sessions I'm available daily by voice and text.

Sessions are up to two hours, in English, Spanish, or Slovenian. Frequency adapts to how you work — weekly for some, longer sessions every two weeks for others. The daily support between sessions doesn't change.

Everything we discuss stays between us. In this work, discretion isn't a feature — it's the ground it stands on.

What you walk away with

Not just clarity.
Evidence on paper.

I

A written, honest map of your situation

The marriage, the numbness, your part, their part, and what's underneath — named plainly, on paper, for the first time.

II

A decision, made — or a rebuilding plan, begun

Not permanent limbo with better vocabulary. By the end you know what you're doing, and you've started doing it.

III

A named pattern list

The specific dynamics — yours — most likely to pull you back into silence, avoidance, or the same fight in different clothes. Named and visible, so you see them coming.

IV

A way of deciding that stays with you

A framework for hard calls that belongs to you long after we finish — because this won't be the last one life hands you.

What this work looks like

She was capable of everything.
She just couldn't move.

One of my clients came to me intelligent, hard-working, and completely stuck. Her life looked settled from the outside, but she was circling the same questions — about her partner, her work, her family — and had been circling them for years, unable to decide anything.

Over the course of our work, she stopped circling. She got clear on what she actually wanted — not vaguely, but concretely. She rebuilt her relationship on her own terms. She stood up for herself with her family in real, irreversible ways. She made the decision to have the child she'd been afraid to want.

She's now a mother. She told me none of it would have been possible without this work.

— Client story, details anonymised

I'm not sharing this to impress you. I'm sharing it because the difference between her life before and after wasn't insight. It was deciding.

Who I am

I know what it costs
to be the strong one.

My name is Dominika Koder. I coach in English, Spanish, and Slovenian, and I've spent close to two decades doing this work across several countries.

I've rebuilt my life from the ground up more than once — new country, new language, new everything — while raising my daughter on my own and being the person everyone else leaned on. I know from the inside what it means to hold a life together so well that nobody thinks to ask how you are. That's who I work with now: the capable ones. The ones nobody worries about.

I trained in psychotherapy and spent two years studying hypnotherapy — not to be your therapist, but because I refuse to work on something as serious as a marriage without understanding the human psyche well enough to know the difference between a coaching problem and something that needs clinical care. Most coaches can't make that call. I can, and if I see it, I'll tell you plainly.

My approach is direct. I see blind spots, and I say what needs to be said — always with discretion, always with permission. I don't do vague. And I won't let you hide behind being busy, being reasonable, or being fine.

Who would you be — and what would your marriage be — if you told the whole truth about it, just once, to one person?

That's where we start.

Investment

For those who know the real cost is another year of this.

€8,500 Private track — you and me, twelve weeks
€12,500 Couple track — both of you in the work, twelve weeks

I work with a small number of clients at a time, so that I can actually be present with each of them. If you're considering this, the first step is a private conversation — no preparation needed, and no obligation on either side.

Applications are reviewed personally. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you honestly — and where I can, point you toward what would actually help.
